Zach Feuer Gallery, in collaboration with Mary Boone Gallery, is pleased to present two exhibitions by Phoebe Washburn: Nunderwater Nort Lab, a site-specific installation, at Zach Feuer Gallery and Temperatures in a Lab of Superior Specialness, an exhibition of new sculpture, at Mary Boone Gallery.
Phoebe Washburn's work explores generative systems based on absurd patterns of production often created by inefficiency. The rules that govern Washburn's systems of production inform her sculpture and installation formally as well as conceptually.

roving, Brooklyn Brewery-fueled block party returns Saturday, July 16 on a stretch of Brooklyn known for its stellar bars: 4th Ave. From noon to 6pm, Mission Dolores, The Rock Shop, Cherry Tree and Pacific Standard will be pouring complimentary Brooklyn brews, and restaurants and cafes will be offering specials — like $2 tacos at Oaxaca Taco and a beer brunch at Sheep Station (with complimentary bottles of Local 1). Plus, card holders will get into a fabulous Bastille-Day show featuring French bands and burlesque for $1 at Littlefield, where they'll be pouring free gin cocktails from 2 to 3pm.
