‘AccesSoirée’, a party for our supporters and friends.
A black and white attired ball where you brighten up your get-ups with
a single, smashing salvaged or vintage accessory. So come with black
and white as the canvas for your very finest or funkiest vintage
accessory; surprise us with an original re-purposed piece of
decorative decadence and the best adornment of the night wins a posh
potable prize.
This unique event is a celebration of style and sensibility, fashion
and frugality, glamour and consciousness. Fabulously contradictory and
really just another excuse to throw a party, guests will be treated
to a guilt free night of class and decadence. Upping the ante in
ethical fashion the face of the project, Sheena Matheiken, will be
dressed head to toe by the rapidly rising star and young designer
Raffaele Ascione. Ascione shows us how to do couture with a conscience
like no other.
Hosted at Blowup Location in Williamsburg on Saturday, November 7th,
with a private rooftop view of Manhattan and DJ sets by fashion
darling Judi Rosen, The Juan MacLean’s Nancy Wang, Holy Ghost and
more from New York’s finest DFA crew.
This is a strictly private party with a limited amount of tickets
available for fans at uniformprojectparty.eventbrite.com

Hey Kids, No Parking on ze Dancefloor rolls on and onwards, now a
sunday early into slightly late evening thing, still at the house of
yes and their fab space.
We've got a stellar line up of pro-fessionals to destroy your derriere
to. Ski Beats is the man. Why? Dude produced a number of tracks on Jay
Z's 1st LP, produced Camp Lo's 1st record and a number of other
credits. Spinning alongside him is my man my mellow Brown Bum who's
been doing stuff in the dirty Jerse for ages and has a wide spectrum
of funk and classic hip hop.
Stylus is responsible for the Brooklyn Wonderland parties and recently
smashed it at zzZion, the afterparty for decom. Has beats and pieces
for days.
Tinsletown is a man about town, helped put together a huge benefit for
flux factory on the bushwick boat and many other under-underground
tings. Get hip.
On top of all that my homegrrl and super stoopid dancer / dance
instructor Cathy Richards will be around at 9pm showing folks various
Bboy and hip hop moves.
And on top of Love Grrl's fab smoothies we will have free refreshing
beverages courtesy of Bot.
