Co-hosts Phast Phreddie the Boogaloo Omnibus and Girlsoul present a dance event consisting of the bossest Soul, Funk R&B, Garage and Frat rock 45s imaginable. Special guest DJ will be Gaylord Fields (WFMU), a guy who digs ALL sorts of reet music! He will swing for about an hour around midnight. Expect your brains to be whipped to a pulp by the incessant beat, beat, beat as you dance, dance, dance and/or eat, eat, eat the Commodore's groovy, greasy food!
It all happens at The Commodore, located at 366 Metropolitan Avenue (at Havemeyer St.) in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Cheap thrills, cheap drinks, cheap food—it’s all part of the Discophonic Walk experience!!

The 4th annual NYC Zombie Crawl will begin with our usual FREE zombie meetup! For 2 hours, zombies of all ages are invited to hang out while our zombie technicians will be providing makeup for civilians who wish to become undead! We’re looking for some victims to be eaten by the zombie masses and everyone is invited to help shoot the scene as well.

Zombies will make their way down Bedford to McCarron Park where we’ll have some zombie fun and games including a human tug-o-war with Disgraceland Hook Squad and more (not for the weak of heart). After McCarren, we’ll make our way back down Bedford, stopping along the way here and there and heading to Public Assembly.

I love spending time in galleries, so thanks for the info! I wish there were more blogs informing about all the exhibitions in any country since there are people doing tourism all over the world. when I travelled to Argentina, I was lucky because the Buenos Aires Real Estate lady that got me a place to rent, made me a summary for me to know all the galleries that were open and the entrance fees, she was great!
